The challenge
Managing an articulated product catalog, orders from multiple warehouses, differentiated logistics flows and connections with external systems required a stable, flexible platform capable of supporting complex operational processes.
The solution
Carnova oversaw the development and evolution of the store on PrestaShop, creating custom integrations with carriers, multi-warehouse order management and connection with the proprietary ERP system. Additionally, distinct navigation paths for men's and women's categories were developed, along with server optimization improvements to enhance stability and performance.
