Data We Collect
Data provided voluntarily: when you fill out the contact form, we collect your name and surname, email address, company name if applicable, selected area of interest, and message content. Navigation data: with your consent, aggregate statistical data collected through cookies (see Cookie Policy).
Purposes and legal basis
Contact form data is processed to respond to your request and manage pre-contractual contacts (art. 6.1.b of GDPR). Statistical and marketing data are processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (art. 6.1.a), which can be revoked at any time.
Methods and retention
Processing is carried out with IT tools and appropriate security measures. Data sent through the form are retained for the time necessary to manage the request and any resulting relationships, and then deleted or anonymized.
Data recipients
Data may be processed by suppliers acting as data processors: the hosting and email provider (Aruba S.p.A.) and, limited to statistical/marketing data provided with consent, Google. We do not disclose your data and do not use them for automated profiling.
Extra-EU transfer
Any transfers to third countries (for example to Google) take place in compliance with the guarantees provided by GDPR, including the EU-USA Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can exercise at any time the rights provided by articles 15-22 of GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as withdrawal of consent. To do so write to info@carnova.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
