The challenge
The project required transferring a store with many years of activity, a large amount of data and active connections with various marketplaces, while avoiding information loss, workflow misalignments and interruptions in daily sales management.
The solution
Carnova managed the complete migration from PrestaShop to Shopify, preserving data and operational continuity, redesigning the UX and coordinating the reconnection of marketplaces. The work included remapping, API extractions and workflow realignment necessary to keep the catalog, orders and external channels synchronized.
